Learn about the revised and updated Bright Futures Guidelines, 4th Edition from the editors themselves. The Bright Futures National Center hosted two separate 45-minute webinars for health care professionals and public health professionals. They are posted here for anyone that cannot participate in the live events.

The co-editors reviewed the new and updated components such as 3 new health promotion themes, updates to several adolescent visit screening recommendations, and more. They discussed how to efficiently and effectively integrate these new components into your practice setting and answered your questions about the Bright Futures Guidelines, 4th Edition.

Bright Futures and Oral Health: Strategies for Promoting Oral Health Within the Well-Child Visit

The Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) hosted a webinar that featured speakers from the Bright Futures National Center and the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Oral Health. The webinar provided attendees with important insights related to the promotion of oral health within the well-visit, and reviewed strategies for overcoming common barriers. Presenters discussed valuable resources that can be used to assist states and communities in reaching their oral health promotion goals.
